At Theradome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
